Frequently Asked Questions
- I thought the liners were removable, yet they are attached! How do you remove them?
- Answer: Liners are attached for retail purposes, so that the liner and short stay attached on the retail floor. After purchasing, please cut the loops to remove the liner. Don't worry, you won't hurt the loops, they don't have feelings. Some people have chosen to keep the liners attached, which is fine as well; to each his own!
- How do I know which is the front/back, and which is the inside/outside, of my liner?
- Answer: When wearing our liner, it is sometimes mistaken which is the front/back, or inside/outside of the liner. Simple mistake; here's the answer:
Inside/Outside: The pad of the liner is to be worn against the skin, that is the inside of the liner. The fabrics we use to cover our pads are 100% polyester, wicking, anti-microbial fabrics that are designed to keep you cool, dry, and comfortable on your rides.
Front/Back: The widest part of the liner is the back of the liner, and the smaller diameter pad is the front of the liner. This year we've added a size label to the liner to help indicate that this is the back of the liner.
Ideally its fits so well you don't know its there, if its backwards or inside out, it will also feel funny, probably indicating something is wrong.
- What are the care/washing instructions for ZOIC products?
- Answer: Although some items vary in content (polyester vs. cotton), here is a basic idea of how to properly care for your ZOIC Garments:
Machine wash cold with like colors. Use a mild detergent. Tumble dry low or line dry. Do not use bleach. Do not dry clean
