Please be aware that when you call about the "AG" tag, this does not guarantee against self inflicted gunshot wounds, your dog eating your shorts, tree hugging, or normal wear and tear. We will be happy to review the garment to see if we can guarantee your particular item. Please call our customer service department, 866 355 ZOIC (9642), state your case for review, and have them issue you a return authorization number. You need to provide a cleaned/washed garment, return contact info (name, address, phone and email), and a written statement of the problem with the garment. We will look at the item and let you know the outcome.
