Our clothing is built to last; we are so certain of this that we have issued the proclamation of "Always Guaranteed". Please be aware that ZOIC cannot guarantee against self inflicted gunshot wounds, your dog eating your shorts, tree hugging, or normal wear and tear. However we will gladly review the garment to see if we can resolve your particular complaint. Simply call our customer service department at 877.484.ZOIC (9642), describe to us the issue you are having with your garment, and we will issue a return authorization number for you to send the item back to us. You will need to provide a cleaned/washed garment, return contact info (name, address, phone and email), and a written statement of the problem with the garment. We will inspect the garment and let you know the outcome.
