Didn't get the size or color you wanted? Purchases from ZOIC.com may be returned for exchange or credit, but only if the item is in new condition with original packaging and hangtags intact. Please be aware that it will likely take a billing cycle for a credit to appear on your credit card. If your return was a gift, the credit will go to the original purchaser of the item.

Warranty claims

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and stand behind the workmanship of our factories and suppliers. You may request an RA for warranty service and we will evaluate your item for repair or exchange upon receipt. Please be sure to wash any items that you are returning.

Product exchanges and warranty replacements are dependent on inventory availability.
